Return and Refund Policy
This is a place to describe your Return and Refund Policy to buyers.
A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:
- Terms of return - We are happy to accept returns during a 14 day period.
- State of return - We will only accept the return in an unworn condition.
- Reason for return - We accept returns when we are at fault. We accept sizing of clothing can differ and will aid as best we can, allowing exchange of items instead.
- Process for return - Please contact us via the info@artismprints.com email so we can action and resolve any issues you may have.
- Process of refund - We will refund back using the same method you have used for payment. The timescales for refunds are dictated by the banks, but expect the refund within 3-5 business days.
